Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• If a course is advertised with a "Money Back Guarantee" as part of a limited-time promotional offer, the refund will be honored as per the terms of that offer.
• All conditions of the promotional refund must be met, such as time limits, proof of participation, or course completion requirements.

4. Course Cancellation by LUA AI LEARNING

If a course is canceled by LUA AI LEARNING due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment:

• You will be eligible for a full refund or an alternative course of equal value.
• Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Subscription or Recurring Payments

If you enroll in a subscription-based plan:

• You may cancel future billing at any time before your next renewal date.
• Cancellation does not include refunds for past subscription charges.
